Waking from slumber to bring you the latest BFHL free agency action!  Thrashers signs three!

Keep in mind now that signings are any time now.  I will collect any for the day of the sim and that would be the daily deadline (at 8:30pm PST).  Any sheets after would be processed right after the next sim.

Just to let you know I've finally gotten around to updating the ratings of the free agent list with the change in ratings so you can now see what's there if you're looking to plug some holes you can't find in trade.  Next deadline is January 1st, 2017.

Man I feel so dirty, I'm not one to make drastic changes such as this mid season and it kinda feels awful.  Either that it's the heat and mugginess of Cancun getting to me!

Well it happened.  Ratings for the 2.1 engine are in effect.  Please let me know if there's anything that looks severely off.  Here's hoping to improved 'playability'!  Now go nuts on those lines!

Hope everything is going well, league is humming along, but it's kind of not either.  Sorry another long one here, it's ok been a while since I had a chance to say something about BFHL ...

I'm out east next week, so please expect earlier sim times by probably an hour.  So keep that in mind if you want to get lines in!  Speaking about lines, a few of you are still on the defaul lines.  Please set them so that you don't run your players to exhaustion all the time and potential roster problem.  Problems on the minor end of things will incur a cap penalty while major ones will result in lost of draft pick(s).  Just a hint, 40-30-20-10 lines % time is NOT a good idea.

Hey Everyone

Fairly smooth start, thanks for all your efforts.  When setting your rosters, be sure to copy all rosters and all lines for the next 10 games of your schedule.  This helps to keep your maintenance level minimal.  Plan out your goalie starts in those 10 games.  You can see based on the Day # if you have back to back starts or a heavy week or what not.

Salary cap is in effect EVERYDAY, regardless if you play or not so please keep in mind that even if you're not playing that day, you still need to be within salary cap limits.
