Spartans Management Change, welcome Tony Wong

In an unprecedented move, just before the start of the BFHL playoffs, please welcome the new GM of the Spartans, Tony Wong.  Too bad original Tony left or he wasn't a Brian.  Tony is a friend of Sheep GM .

The Spartans have been managed by Bombers this year after the original GM couldn't handle the prospect of losing as an expansion team, however they turned out to be a playoff team in their inaugural season!

Well it's a business in the end, and just like Budaj of NHL, I say thanks Bombers, Spartans is run by Tony Wong now.  Actually I don't think Budaj even got a thanks, but the BFHL is classy.

You've joined at the most exciting part of the season Tony, make it a long one
