Alright with the Expansion teams well on their way to select their prospects, at the same time, the expansion team draft can start. I know it's quite a lot of things going on at the same time. Sorry about that but I've been too busy to get things sorted earlier. Draft order is reverse of Prospect draft so Tokyo Earthquakes gets to start this time. Please double check to make sure it's your turn to pick in the right draft since we have two going at the same time now. The faster we can get through this, the faster we can organize free agency.
Rules for the Expansion Team GMs:
- You can select any player detailed in the Expansion Team Draft Forum.
- The Original 16 teams can only lose UP to a maximum of TWO players. Expansion teams will inherit the current salary of the player.
- You should ensure to have your positions balanced out, some players are multi positional (and you can apply for players to have updated position later)
- You should have at least 3 goalies on your team (note that some of your prospects can be activated since they did play in the NHL last year and are eligeable to be used in BFHL this year)
- (for all GMs) Please be aware of the salary cap. You can not pick a team full of 7 million dollar players.
- (for all GMs) Please note that you will need a full pro roster and + 15 players in the farm to start the season.
Original 16 teams. Get your own players only signed BEFORE Free Agency begins. The deadline to submit your signing sheet is end of day Friday, September 9th, 2011EDIT: September 11th, 2011 noon PST.
