The BFHL awards were handed out tonight, and the following players hoisted their new hardware proudly.
Conn Smythe (Playoff MVP): Roberta Luongo (AVI) just edged out Ryan Kesler, despite not winning the Stanley Cup. With an amazing 0.919 SV% and a 2.44GAA, Luongo backstopped Aviators all the way to game 7 of the finals.

Hart Trophy (MVP): Henrik Sedin (TIG) took home the prize after a stellar regular season leading their team to the top spot. Wins the Hart, but would've been nice to show some heart in the playoffs.
Vezina (Best Goalie): Surprisingly, the award was handed out to Chris Mason (CDR). Mason played 51 games for an average team, w/ the best save percentages in regular season (0.918). Finalist Miika Kirprusoff also had an amazing run.
Norris (Best Defensemen): Duncan Keith (NOK) played a consistently stellar game on a questionable team. Anybody who can do well on the Nokians should be a nominee for an award!
Calder (Top Rookie): Jamie Benn (SUP) showed what the rookie class could do, and gave Supasas something to look forward to in the next few years.
Selke (Best Defensive Forward): Colby Armstrong (GIA), +35. Controversial win by Colby, as he was used on the 2nd line. Many GM's argued that this award should have been rewarded to David Steckel (AVI) with his league leading 58.06% FO wins, but his horrendous +/- and his limited time in the faceoff circle were the deciding factors.
Maurice Richard (Top Scorer): Alex Ovechkin (PHI) With increased ice time and minimal support, AO dominated by putting 50 biscuits in the basket this season.
Art Ross (Points Leader): Vincent Lecavalier (GIA), 107 pts. An amazing come back story for Lecavalier, who only amassed 61 pts in 81 games last year. Lecavalier noted that he was playing injured most of the 2009-2010 season and praised linemate Burrows, who would distract and bite opponents to create an opening for Lecavalier.
