The season for the Storm was one of disappointment. Expectation were high as the team was expected to contend for the BFHL championship again having won it all the previous year. However, the team's play was inconsistent and they barely made the playoffs. As we move into the offseason, what do the Storm intend to do? They have a few key FAs: Jeff Carter, Tomas Fleischmann, David Jones, Jamie Langenbrunner and Brett Clark. Priority will likely be given to Carter, a key player for the team in the first 2 years.
Several players on the farm appear ready to make the jump to the main team, including Drew Stafford. Logen Coulture, and 2 stud defensive prospects Erik Karlsson and John Carlson. With Karlsson and Carlson on the horizon, it appears that Mike Green might be available for trade.
It would be interesting to see how things will play out.
