Corrected Ratings Hopefully

Hi Everyone!

Apologies for the cone of silence. Hope you have all had a great summer.

I've been trying to prod the player rating team on our concerns about the ratings. It has been a long slog because of various reasons like vacations and general lack of urgency but I finally have a result that should be more consistent with what we have been used to.

Also I know things are not updated on the site. Sorry I really need to update this website to a newer version because the latest versions of the simulator files won't work!

I hope to sort that out soon and get some traction on the other offseason activities.
