Two important items for future rounds of free agency.
1) Free Agency Calculator
We are using another spreadsheet for 2nd and future round bids. This one allows probabilities >100%.
Why? Because if two people bid on the same person, we need an objective way to determine which one is the better bid. Given that it is unrestricted free agency, people could potentially get into a bidding war, plus people may offer different # of years making the dollar value of the contracts not comparable.
Consequently, we will decide the "top bid" based on the probability of resigning. Given that we are going to 2 decimal points, it's unlikely that we would have identical probabilities - we will deal with it if it occurs.
If the player does not sign with the top contract, then the second best contract gets a chance to sign at that lower probability.

2) Bidding on Players You Have Previously Bid On
Must bid 10% higher than your last bid.
