Sim Adjustments

Hey Everyone

Just a heads up that I'll be making some adjustments over the next bit

• Players fatique will be increasing, will be looking to get the TOI on top line players down a couple minutes.  Adjust accordingly
  • Not sure if it will be a condition penalty or increased sim fatigue setting, will need to play around a bit.
• Goalies will inch back up in their previously reduced attributes.
• I'm also looking to get overall shots down a notch.
