BFHL 2010 Offseason!

Hi Everyone!

Hope your summer has been good so far!  Sorry about being so quiet lately, but rest assured, We've been thinking about BFHL Season 2 this whole time! ;) Too bad this is like the worst off season ever for the NHL as well!  Nonetheless there have been moves and players retiring/playing in the KHL blah blah.  This does mean said player would be unavailable to play on your roster for the 2010/11 BFHL season.

Now we are getting close to the stage to evaluate our teams and make our off season moves.  The League Index (http://ynohtna.com/bfhl/?q=node/10) is updated now with the new player ratings based on the 2009/10 NHL season!  Click through the links to check out how your players faired!

Take note that a lot of us will be needing to fill out our teams and sign some free agents.  This will probably begin sometime mid August.

We have the Entry Draft to do too!  We will do it the forum draft way again and I'm aiming to start it going early August!  Let me know if there are any times that you might be away for!  The list of players we will use is here http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AsG6_C8f02j6dG5CQ05aWTNuQ2N2bGd…

We have a new version of the simulator to!  It's version 2 and comes with a bunch of new features.  The new league file can be found here http://www.ynohtna.com//bfhl/sths/BFHL0.stc

The new client files are here: http://sths.simont.info/DownloadFiles.php?id=STHS-V2-Client-0-9-11.zip

Good news, MAC is now supported sort of!  You need to use the mono project: http://www.mono-project.com/Main_Page and use that to run the MAC client: http://sths.simont.info/DownloadFiles.php?id=STHS-V2-Client-Mono-0-9-11…

Some neat new stuff this year but I'll keep that more for another time.  I just wanted to say hi and give everyone a brief update.
