Watch your salary cap, you need a minimum of 35 signed players prior to the start of the season

Biggest difference is now over bidding because you'll be guessing how much other GMs want the same player. It's not uncommon to see signing% over for in demand players. The 98% limit still applies to allow a player 2% chance to simply say no to your team 
The team offering the highest Resign % gets the player. Lowest dice roll is the tie break.
The Free Agency Menu gives you some options for searching RFA and UFA. You can also do the All Players or All Goalies search and filter for 0 in the contract column to see players/goalies without a contract. You can hit the show/hide columns button to reduce / select the number of columns you want to see if you're looking on a small screen like your phone. The page is dynamic and will adjust to how wide your screen is and show more or less columns.
