2019-20 DRAFT LOTTERY
Top 3 picks will be a lottery. 10 worst teams will be in the lottery with the same chances to get the 1st overall pick, remaining 9 get same chances for the 2nd pick and remaining 8 get same chances for the 3rd overall pick. The most you can drop is 3 spots.
DRAFT TIME CLOCK
24 hour clock on picks will NOT be reset based on trades. Picks must be made within 24 hours of previous pick regardless of pick ownership.
Farm Player Salary Limit
Current Proposal to be implemented in 2019-20 season.
- Rule applies to all players.
- No player with an annual contract value greater than the "Limit" (Limit will be linked to RFA compensation figure for 1st and 3rd) may be sent to the minors (e.g. for 2018-19, this would be $4,059,322 and value defined in the Rule Book each season)
- Policing: Automatically done by sim. Will not be able to move player to the Farm.

RFA Signing Deadling
In the past, we've let RFA's get stuck, unsigned, in limbo land for various reasons. The William Nylander situation in the other league kind of put a spotlight on why don't we do the same? Here's the proposal for the 2019-20 season.
- Your RFA must be signed by Dec 1
- If not signed, RFA will be a UFA but ineligible to be signed until the following season.
