We're not done season 10 yet but we have to get thinking about some changes for next season.

2019-20 DRAFT LOTTERY
Will be a flat lottery for the bottom 10 teams with even odds (10%) for EVERY team in the lottery. Top 3 picks will continue to be a lottery.
DRAFT TIME CLOCK
24 hour clock on picks will NOT be reset based on trades. Picks must be made within 24 hours of previous pick regardless of pick ownership.
Farm Player Salary Limit
Current Proposal to be implemented in 2019-20 season.
- Rule applies to all players.
- No player with an annual contract value greater than the "Limit" (Limit will be linked to RFA compensation figure for 1st and 3rd) may be sent to the minors (e.g. for 2018-19, this would be $4,059,322 and the value is defined in the Rule Book each season)
- Policing: Automatically done by sim. You will not be able to move ineligible players to the Farm.
