Rules clarifying entry draft are posted and effective today.
- Draft is limited to players on the list
- If there is a player you think should be on the list (but isn't), that player will be included in NEXT YEAR'S rookie draft list
- GM should communicate to commissioner next year when list is being created
- GM should also double check next year's list to make sure that player is in the list
There are just too many players, so we expect that we will miss a few players here and there, but we also want the process to be fair for everyone.
