Important: When editing this file, do not move/drag cells around, do not delete entire rows, keep your edits within the blue shaded sections to prevent issues. If you have problems, re-download a fresh sheet.
This very first round is our "July 1st". You need to look at your team and decide which players you will give offers to. Unsigned UFA and RFA not qualified after Sept 3rd will be available to all teams for contract offers. Remember that in this round, there is no need to give more than a 98% probability contract offer.
Sheets will need to be emailed to me by September 3rd, 11:59:59 PM PST
I'll try to be sober to process them some time on the 4th 
The following four rounds of free agency will be Sept 10, 17, 24 and Oct 1 with an 8 PM PST hard deadline for emailing of the sheet. These four rounds are open bidding for all teams for all available players. You may need to over pay to have a chance to win the player from other interested teams.
Last Reminder, you need to have a least 35 signed players before the start of the season.
