Round 1 Auto Activated Prospects Mulligan Opportunity

Even though we have talked about it before I guess I never really officialized the actual plan for prospect activation as I was just trying to burn through a bunch of BFHL tasks.

Please post on the site comments for this topic if there are any you want dropped off your team without penalty.  Any subsequent activations that happen will require a buyout if you want to drop them off your team. 

Note that dropped of your team means they'll no longer be your property and open to all in the free agency period.
