Alright new guys! You're so *almost* done the FA draft 
Lets finish it up! Fresh pool of players available for you to pick from! They are the exposed players from the existing teams.
You get past this round fast then you can relax all summer until Free Agency where you make your final decision to sign or cut the players you picked. Note that for the existing teams expansion draft, you'll be inherieting whatever contract is still left for the player.
