Hope the summer has treated you all well. I'm sure you've all been studying the ratings and waiting for free agency to start. Sorry for the delay, I needed to get the website up to a new major version and ended up breaking a few things and needed some overall clean up. I did process all our entry draft stuff and any recent transaction requests, so check those out for accurarcy.
We have a new Bulls GM. Please welcome Oliver to the fold. He's a friend of Sunny's so perhaps under his tutelage, the Bulls will shortly be a force pulling off back to back Presidents Trophies. He's getting in right at a busy time so give him time to get up to speed before trying to fleece all his players! Also I kinda would like someone to actually stick around for the Bulls this time! 
Finally, it's time get our teams built up. First round is only for the players on your team with no contracts. Remember, we have a minimum of 35 players on your pro and farm roster combined and new salary caps of 69mil in the Pro team and 2.5 mil in the Farm team (Farm salary is just 10% of a players pro level salary).

As always, send your completed sheets to me by end of day September 7 September 14 and I'll hope to get these processed asap and get moving on to the next round of FA (weekly for the first 2 or 3)
