We had a bit of a false start with the last replacement GM of the Bulls but that's fine. I've maintained since the beginning, that we try to strive for realism based on the NHL and this league hopefully helps you enjoy hockey that much more... all the while not being a burden. We only ask for a little more involvement in certain parts of the season, but otherwise this league can be run in cruise control if you want or an everyday thing.
We have built a nice group over the last five years and hope it stays that way. It's been family and friends of friends and I'm really pleased with all those we've been able to introduce to this game and get hooked :) This time, however, I went outside the box a bit to look for a GM. It's my second foray into the wild looking for a GM and I believe he's a good one.
Please welcome Steven Call as the new manager of the Bulls. He brings to us 15 years of fantasy hockey league experience and no doubt a saavy GM. You're probably not going to be able to fleece him like some raw newbie ;) I'll save the rest of the intro for himself when he has time to do that. Like most of us, works keeps him busy as well, so be patient while he takes some time to get acquainted with all the details of the league.
Steven is in just in time to really make his mark on his team. The BFHL trade deadline is March 9th, 2014. Please post all your trades before sim time.
