I just put up an output for your rosters on the site to clean up some errors that were found.
Bullet points:
- To maintain full compatiblity, update your STHS client.
- I just decided that we will do more to mimic NHL buy outs. Buy outs will hit your cap starting the 2014-15 season. Old rules still in effect for 2013-14 season. More details later.
- Use the latest FA tool dated 2013-08-12
- 35 Player Minimum Tracker is posted
- Free Agents sheet is updated (It will change a lot after GMs lock up their core, so don't get too excited yet :) RFA tag not accurate yet)

In case you forgot, all RFA must be submitted a qualifying offer in order for you to keep their rights on your team. The Qualifying offer column in the signing tool is there just to tell me if you submitted a proper qualifying offer to your RFA so that I don't remove him from your team.

To retain RFA status, the team the player last played with MUST offer a qualifying offer ("QO")
Players earning under $660,000 must be offered at least 110% of their prior year's salary to qualify as a QO. - Players earning from $660,000 to $1 million must be offered at least 105% of their prior year's salary to qualify as a QO.
- Players earning over $1 million must be offered at least 100% of of their prior year's salary to qualify as a QO.
