NHLnumbers listed the top 100 concensus draft picks. BFHL looked at where those players were picked compared to the concensus ranking to determine individual team picking performances.
Note that the concensus is based on where scout thinks a player should be picked in the NHL, not based on how good that player could be - so don't feel bad if you have a negative value add as the NHL values other intrinsic features that the BFHL may not care too much about. Also keep in mind the "concensus" is heavily weighed towards TSN's Bob McKenzie's ratings, since he has historically been the most accurate.
