The Commissioners have voted regarding prospect activations.
Starting NEXT yr (2013-2014), if a prospect is rated, he will be activated (and is not at the discretion of the BFHL GM). This will have implications on your cap hit obviously, so make sure GMs manage it THIS year and keep in mind which prospects may potentially register for their relevant cap hit.
As a quick reminder, prospects that are activated will follow the NHL contract.
