In this page, you can find the files and details you need to properly run the STHS Hockey simulator program and ensure you will have the best experience possible!  There is a lot of info at the STHS Sim program site at http://sths.simont.info but hopefully the most pertinent info you need will be found here.

1) STHS Client Program

This is the program you need to manage your team's rosters, lines, settings etc etc. Webclient is currently more for quick touch ups (ok on the phone) while this full on desktop client program does everything.
Download the STHS Client (Now Version V3, 3.4.1 - 2024-02-17)

2) STHS BFHL League Files

This file goes into the same place as where your STHS Client Program is stored.  This file stores all the latest league information from the latest sim.  After every sim day, the file will be updated here.  Download the correct file (example: "BFHL8.stc") which are listed at the top of this page (you must be logged into the BFHL site see the file download section above).

For the first time you load the client program or when we switch file from Pre Season to Regular Season to Playoff, you will have to manually download and open the league file.  The next time you run the client, it will automatically know!

The next time you open the client program, it will automatically check to see if your league file is too old and ask if it's ok to download the new one.  If you get repeated messages saying it's too old, maybe you are unable to download it with the client, please try to manually download it here.  If it's still a problem, maybe I goofed so ask us

3) Submitting your Roster/Lines File

• Use the client to upload your lines
• A prompt will appear when saving your lines... say YES to upload your lines to the server specified
• You should be good to go.
