Despite only being one year into his contract extension with the Kabul Thrashers, Craig Anderson wants out.

TSN has confirmed that the 31-year old who signed a two-year, $5.3 million contract extension with the team in July of 2012, informed the team today of his desire to play hockey elsewhere.

Almost there...

After an aggressive round of bidding, Thrashers rehauled its depth charts with a wealth of youth and talent added to its coffers.  Forward lines are largely set, showcasing the deepest top-12 forwards in Thrashers' history, though GM Lau is rumored to be looking at further upgrades on D and especially in net after last year's roller coaster rides courtesy of Antti Niemi
